Considering replacing your flat roof? There are many times flat roof repairs can be done, saving you the time and expense of replacing the roof altogether. Once a flat roof starts leaking, the interior damage will span from stained ceilings (in the best case scenario) to thousands of dollars worth of repairs.
There are certain circumstances where, upon inspection, it's clear that a flat roof is too damaged to be repaired or re-covered. Damages that would lead to flat roof replacement include cracks, blisters, water entrapment, wet insulation and rotted decking. When these circumstances arise, the only option you have is to replace your roof.
Not all damaged flat roofs need to be replaced. If the roof is structurally sound and has good installation, your best option and effective solution is flat roof re-cover services. In many cases, if a flat roof only has one membrane, you can put about cover on top. Keep in mind, however, that a roof can only be re-covered once.

Dolfin Roofing were excellent, professional and reliable. I highly recommend them. The owner also helped me with my homeowners insurance after they stated my policy was going to be canceled because of my roof. After my roof was fixed, Dolfin sent proof all was done, the insurance reinstated my policy which was a huge relief. I am so happy to have found this company.. For anyone in south Florida who owns a home or business, you know the near impossibility of hiring a top-quality roofing contractor who does excellent work, on time and as according to the project proposal. Well look no further than family-owned Dolphin Roofing in Oakland Park. I needed a timely estimate followed by quick follow up service to redo the flat part of my roof on the Wilton Manors bungalow I was under contract to sell. The work was done magnificently on the same day the proposal was agreed. I wish I had found Dolphin Roofing four years prior when I hired a much more expensive vendor

Paul is the rare contractor in our area who is honest, reasonably priced, shows up when he says he will and a professional who takes pride in the quality of his work. We first used Dolphin in 2011 to replace a roof, and have used them again several times since (we move a lot!) Every time we have received great service. I've used Dolphin on my properties in Palm beach county many times. They've been great to work with and have been fair and accommodating. A few times my roofs were damaged by hurricanes and Dolphin was able to quickly mobilize and do the repairs. They've always been fair and honest. Also they arrive when they say they will and clean up properly when they are done.

I was shopping for a roofer and just by coincidence received a flyer on my fax machine from Dolphin Roofers,i called for an estimate and Paul the owner offered to come and check my roof that same day,gave me an estimate which was way lower than the other estimate.Surprised by the price difference I asked him to explain the difference in price which he did,I hired him right away and he did the job that same week.I was really satisfied by his honesty and prompt service,I since hired him to do other jobs on different property I own.
