If I had the ability to give the ZERO stars, I would.
Here's the story:
TL; DR -- I sent in one of our blinds to be repaired. Blind came back UNrepaired. When I called, they asked me to send the blind back and then claimed that they had in face repaired the blind and I had sent them a different blind back. Essentially, they accused me of trying to cheat them out of $59.60.

What a horrible experience. I sent in one cellular blind to be repaired (it was lopsided). I am in NJ, and sent this via UPS with a prepaid return label . I got the blind back and as soon as I opened
