Our business called and met with John Connor Plumbing regarding drain repairs at an apartment complex. He never even bothered to give us a written proposal or make a follow up phone call. Please use Kenosha Plumbing instead. Katie Horton at KP took care of us in a professional manner. IE..The work was proposed, a bid was accepted, a repair date was scheduled and technicians completed the repairs.

I had a pipe break which lead to the inability to use both my kitchen sink and my washing machine for duration of time. The kicker? This pipe was in my crawlspace and because of it, I had a very challenging time finding a plumber that was as professional and timely as John Conner and his crew. I sincerely wish I would have found them sooner. John and his team were not only pleasant, but they were genuine, and the information that I received from John was informative and helpful. I received a quote from him within just a couple of business days and I was able to move forward to get the issue fixed

I needed a plumber to connect my house to the water main, in addition to redoing my outdoor hose spigots. John himself answered the phone , on my first attempt to call. I explained what I needed and stopped by a few days later to look at everything for a quote. He was able to give me a rough estimate, on the spot, and an official quote a few days later.
His price was great and I'm very happy with the quality of the work he did. Him and his crew were very professional and pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will be my plumber for any future
