Their actual hours are a suggestion. I’ve had a mailbox here for two months and multiple times I’ve showed up before their “closing time” but they are closed. Regardless, their posted open hours aren’t convenient for people with jobs.
Cost was $45 to sign up then $25/mo for mailbox.
Here’s the current hours received from them via email, but they have been closed before 5:45pm on week says.

We secured a storage unit for our daughter's college apartment. We coordinated with Rich Burns in the Westchester, PA location. Rich was 100% amazing! He made great suggestions, offered for us to rent the lock (short term) and was extremely accommodating for our schedules.

Excellent customer service and going beyond to help a customer. I have used 2000 Hamilton storage mail boxes at 2000 Hamilton for years with excellent repore. What makes it so nice today was that it waa a professional jesture to help and it wss not their job. But these guys care and go beyond.
I had been receiving a product thru mail order since April and it had no return phone number on package or contents.
I voiced my frustration, when i received a a wanted paxkage that hots my credit card every month. AND the manager said let me see if i can help. He took my package and found the company contact

AVOID AVOID AVOID! LOWEST RATED BY OTHERS FOR A REASON. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. IVE SEEN RATS AND ROACHES WHEN I DID A TOUR. I SAW OTHER REVIEWS THAT MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE (ACCESS IS ALWAYS LIMITED DUE TO LIMITED OPERATING HOURS, RANDOM CLOSURES, OR BROKEN EQUIPMENT) AND RUDE IF YOU TRY TO PLAN AHEAD. THIS PLACE IS MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MOST OTHER FACILITIES IN THE AREA. OVERALL THE INACCESSIBILITY OF THIS LOCATION, THE LOW VALUE, AND THE INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT MAKE IT ONE OF THE WORST IVE SEEN IN THE INDUSTRY. ID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The employees at this business are unprofessional and lazy and I won't be taking any business here because of it. I called ahead to double check on the hours, packed up my car, and arrived 20 minutes before the office was scheduled to close to sign up for an account. I was told to come back the next day (and thus have to upack my car and bring everything back in, just to turn around and repack/upack it the next day) because "it takes 30 minutes to get a contract started and we're closing in 20".
