I live in Oakville Ont Canada and bought our Beachcomber hot tub from owner Ron in 2007. He has repaired and serviced it a few times over the years and drove to Ellicottville to do such. I would heartily recommend his firm as they are fair and honest.
Sadly I just sold the chalet this June 2021 as am older but am recommending that the new owners use Ron in a heartbeat. I should have given him a key to the place years ago but never got around to it. Totally trustworthy.

We are totally happy with our experience with Pools Unlimited. They go above and beyond to make sure we are happy each time we deal with them. Even when we had a problem a few years back, they made it right. I have lived in West Seneca my whole life. I like to keep my business here in West Seneca. You can’t go wrong with this pool store. We don’t go to any other. There is no need!

I realized at 2:56pm on Sunday that I was missing 2 crucial o-rings to reconnect my pump to my pool filter. I hopped in my car and called them. Not only did they agree to wait for me, but I left the house in such a hurry i forgot my wallet! He just said catch me next time your in. Have been getting great service here for years, here's another great example.

Do not order from this company if you need your products right away. I've tried this company a couple of times and my second experience was worse than the first. I ordered a couple items , however i only received one. I called the company to esquire and the person i spoke to didn't have a clue about what happened to the second item could be. All I was told was that they would get back to me after the checked with their shipping. . with no ETA or anything. In addition, the used the incorrect name for shipping the item( Darya Wolfe ) no idea who that is and they didn't know either. .

I took a pump to them to repair a leak, and a simple electrical connector. When I reinstalled it I found that they had installed a used electrical component. The one they put in had well rusted bolts on it. When I turned on the breaker, it immediately blew. I called and spoke to the owner, who told me they didn't have a new part, so they just took an old part off a used pump and installed that. He wasn't concerned at all when I asked if he thought he should let the customer know he was installing a used part. I had to remove the pump and return it to the store, where they found
