Harrington Construction Co., Inc. ("HCCI"), formed in 1984, was a full service general contracting company from 1984 through 2005. Projects included single-family homes, multifamily, commercial, institutional and public works projects. HCCI also specialized in completing public works projects for bonding companies in which the original general contractor had been terminated by the owner.
West Harrington began his career in the construction industry in 1976, serving an apprenticeship through United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America and becoming a journeyman Carpenter in 1980. Between 1976 and 1984, West worked as a carpenter, carpenter foreman, and superintendent on a variety of projects.
