I set up an appointment in the morning for an estimate. Almost immediately I had to call for a reschedule because of a drs. appointment that came through
. So the guy moved my appointment to an afternoon time slot. And of course, on the day of appointment I am at the doctor's office in the morning and I get a call from this irritated guy that "his people are at my house and nobody is home". I reminded him that he moved me to the afternoon slot. I asked him if he can come back, and he said yes, someone will be there. Well, guess what? Nobody showed up. I almost expected something

Thoroughly disappointed with this company and how it presents itself. My fiancé bought the $15 Groupon for vent cleaning. I understand that it's going to be a small basic service. However, when they arrived, they "found" more problems such as mold in the HVAC unit (all units have some form of mold, we're not all perfect). She immediately called me and informed me of their new price, $750. But if paid in cash.... $450 (mold removal and vent cleaning. Seriously y'all, a 300 price cut?)However only $300 of it was for mold removal, the additional $150 was for vent cleaning
