Hardwood Creations is a family-owned business located in Joplin, Missouri. Jim and Leah Everett opened Hardwood Creations in 1994, one month after the birth of their son Jacob, the spokesman for the store. Jacob now shares the spokesperson role with his little sister Laryssa. The store was originally located on 4th Street, but moved to a larger location at 3125 E. 6th Street (in front of Target) in 2000.

We specialize in solid hardwood furniture, including oak, cherry, maple, hickory, etc. We offer a large selection of Amish built furniture, where attention to detail and quality is still a #1 priority.
By allowing the customer to choose their style, wood type, stain color, and hardware, they are able to create a piece to fit their own personal taste. Our upholstered furniture line "Smith Brothers of Berne" is also built in the heart of Amish country. Each piece is constructed from beginning to end at their plant located in Berne, Indiana.
