We had a super great experience with Joy Carpet. From the assistance we received in helping us choose a floor to the installation process was truly an easy process. The installer Joe went above and beyond to make sure our newly remodeled room was finished and looked great. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a carpet installed by Joy Carpet Co in our basement 10 years ago. I really appreciated the owners eye for detail. He actually took time to fix one of my hardwood floors and refused to take money for it. Last week we had them install our kitchen floor. Its beautiful and once again he took time and installed a small piece of molding that was not in the contract. He once again refused to take any money for it. Great people

Ordered a floor. Two days before install found out my floor that I ordered was not available because they did not have enough in stock. Offered a second floor for the "same price" however floor was substandard and no sub floor was used. Previous floor was not torn out and they just placed floor over it. Do yourself a favor, ho somewhere else!!

This is not a trustworthy company. We should have seen the warning signs early on, but we wanted to do business with a family owned operation and because we thought we were getting better value for our money. We're sorry we went with them and we and hope others take warning,
They miscalculated the cost and then forgot to place the order and blamed it on the factory. When they finally showed up to install the carpet three weeks after they promised to, there was only one installer. There were some spots up against the walls where we felt the carpeting was not pulled tight enough and transition
