The remodel itself was great. There were 4 guys that showed up, immediately got to work, and had our remodel completed fairly quickly. They were all very nice, professional, and friendly. The reason I am giving a 1-star review is because of the incorrect/incomplete information we were provided when we received our estimate. 1- The salesman told us we would have 6 months of no payments and then 9.9% interest with $99/month afterward. This didn't happen- we received a payment due notification the month after the install was complete and aren't able to provide the finance company the paperwork

When our project took longer than expected Derek (General Manager) stepped in and made sure all got resolved. In our case the flexible plumbing commonly used for 'Quick Install' didn't work right. I would recommend you don't be shy about allowing them to come at it from the back side if they need too because They have their own wall fixers.
