Very rude employee, made a big stink accusing my wife of being "late" to pick up lumber when in fact she was NOT. Owner watched the entire exchange and didn't intervene at all. Will never do business there again.

I use to work here years ago. The staff are very friendly and the quality of the lumber is much better than Lowe’s and Home Depot, trust me on that.

They are aware of the existence of many older buildings in the Suffolk area. I specifically needed tongue and groove porch floorboards. They are the only ones that I have found that carry them. They are pre-treated and pre-primed. But the employees told me that no matter what is done to these floorboards they will never be as great as the original heart pine of the existing porch floor. They gave me a page of instructions for what to do when cutting and installing them to make sure they keep their optimum weather and insect resistance. GREAT company!!!
