We recently had a Marshall Alarm System installed at our house and the experience was top-notch. They came highly recommended by our neighbors, so no surprise that things went smoothly, but Debbie was a pleasure to deal with from the outset in terms of assessing our situation and making a recommendation for an alarm system. My primary concern was converting my system from an old nationwide provider. The team at Marshall provided the most input, concise planning, and all things considered was a good price point as well. The installation went smooth and the introduction to the system as well. As someone accustomed to using alarm systems everything else was a breeze, but the icing on the cake was knowing I have direct contact with a local representative, but hopefully I will never need that.
