By understanding the physical constraints of a property and the written constraints of the local land use codes, our team can help design and build an environmentally sensitive structure that maximizes the site's potential. Our land planning and design teams work closely together and with the client to coordinate the necessary land use applications, permits, and the approval processes.
Ryan Lee, Studio Director and soul of Forum Phi culture, recently competed in the second annual Wish Cup - a hockey tournament benefitting the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Nashville, Tennessee. Ryan has played with the Aspen Leafs, our local men's hockey. The design world has long been sounding the alarm for more inclusive workplaces.
