As a first timer homeowner, I had no idea what to expect. Ducts on Call was prompt, timely, and professional. They thoroughly explained everything that was happening so that I understood what I was getting. I also installed a thermostat incorrectly and they took the time to go through it with me to make sure my AC and heating was working properly. Other places were scheduled 3-6 months out but Ducts on Call were able to fit me in less than a week. They also took before and after phots to show me what was being cleaned. I would definitely recommend Ducts on Call for anyone needing services!

The techs at Ducts on Call did an amazing job for us. Extremely thorough, very respectful of our home, and they worked until the job was done even though it ended up being a bigger job than originally expected. The pricing was fair and reasonable and we are extremely pleased with the service and recommend it to everyone. They did a full duct work and furnace coil clean out as well as our dryer vent.

Ducts On Call was the most responsive duct business I have called. I told them my issue with an odd smell coming out of my vents and they were able to come to my house within the hour. They fogged the vents and were very responsive to questions I had. I would definitely recommend Ducts On Call in the future.
