We had a clogged main sewer drain. Their sales pitch was, no hourly rate and we will be here as long as it takes for the price of $2,071 for two guys. Fortunately for them once they began rodding our sewer line, it was unclogged in 15 minutes after starting the job. They left our house within the hour of arriving. Thursday they unclogged the drain and by Saturday we had an overwhelming sewer smell in the house.

Replaced 2 gas pipes in about 1 hour and 15 minutes for $2000. We agreed to the price, having no knowledge of how much it should cost to replace 2 copper pipes. After speaking to several other plumbing companies and our insurance, we realized we were overcharged by a substantial amount. They also left a mask on our water heater, which, luckily, the gas company discovered before it caused an issue.

First, I called around and DMR was the most responsive. Came out immediately and assessed our situation with our sewer. Appreciated their thorough and honest assessment of the issue, and it was immediately fixed.
What stands out to me is their customer service. From their response over the phone to their home visit, DMR is extremely professional. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I highly recommend DMR to anyone.

We've used DMR in the past for a few issues in the past. Always dependable. Recently we experienced a major issue with some pipes in our new home (built in 78) that led to the septic. Dan and Rich did an amazing job investigating the problem and carefully took their time making sure that all issues were resolved with this tough job. They answered all our questions and thoroughly explained all the work that was done. They were honest, knowledgable and they worked extremely hard to solve the issue. We will continue to use this local company for future service. Highly recommend DMR.

We needed the cap replaced on a sewer clean out pipe. It was cracked and had leaked onto our lower level. My husband and I live in Lake Zurich, and are new to the area, So glad we found DMR Plumbing, as we will continue to use them with any of our future plumbing needs. I had a water leak in my bathroom that was creating a mess in my home. DMR came out right away and fixed the issue, which saved the water leak from completely destroying the walls/interior of my home. Dan, Rich and Benny were personable, professional, great price, but most of all resolved the issue with ease. I am confident in their work.
