Outstanding service! We bought an old house and within a couple of months were having a problem with a clog in the pipes from the master bath. We had a home warranty that brought in another plumber who was not able to clear the drain and blamed roots in the pipe that were not covered by the warranty. We were told we would have to excavate the wastewater pipe and replace it which would have been very costly. I was put in touch with Express Drains through my neighbour. They had very effective equipment for clearing out the existing pipe. They cleared out the roots very quickly and non-invasively

Unbelievable fast service called the guy super late he sent one of his guys out 1st thing in the morning was very prompt on time he knew right away what was clogged went to the main drain and solved the problem! I would recommend this company to anyone. The fellow who arrived, same day I called, was a guy named Danny. Outstanding Plumber! Total confidence that he was going to fix the problem. He was in our home from 3:30pm until 6pm. We recently had our roof replaced and told Danny that. He knew it was not a coincidence at all. The water in the sink would only go down slow and than gurgle for the next hour. Turns out that when the roofers did the tear off of the old roofing shingles they hit the vent pipe pretty hard till they removed the shingles around it. Danny explained the the inside of that pipe

I had really high expectations for Express Drains after two plumbing companies told me that they were their go-to for clogged drains. I had an issue where my entire back patio was flooding due to a clogged sewer drain, and was in turn flooding our first floor and basement. All around, a pretty nerve racking situation.
Express Drains came out and went through the motions of trying to snake the drain. Ultimately, the tech couldn't get the snake through the trap but was able to get the water moving through the drain. A day or two later, it rained, and just like before, our backyard and home flooded

I had been without my kitchen sink for four months due to a clog. I paid one plumber $150 to fix it and two weeks later, the pipes under the sink blew apart. I hired another plumber who fixed it; I paid him $150 and the sink stopped up within a few days. The third plumber told me I needed to have my concrete slab floor dug up to replace the pipe, which had been done 20 years ago when an entirely new drain system was put in. He charged me $315 and quoted $3,800 to tear up my floor and he got a public adjuster involved, then never came back to write a proper proposal for the adjuster. I was so stressed

I was referred to Express Drains and could not be happier to finally have a drain clearing company I can trust. The minute I spoke with the owner, Ryan, I was at ease. Something about the clog wasn't giving up with the few hours of trying to snake the drain myself. On Monday I called a bunch of plumbers that expressed zero interest coming out with a few over the phone diagnosis of the tree out front taking out the pipe... Repeating that, over the phone... Other plumbers never called me back :(

Have a duplex with tenants and main drain was clogged. Spoke to Ryan 7pm Thursday. Jeff arrived on time Friday morning at 8:30 am right on time. About 60 feet into the drain he snaked out lots of wipes. Wipes are not drain friendly;(

I was referred here by my regular plumber who could not take care of a clogged drain at the time. We were plagued by plumbing issues for several months before finally deciding to have the main line inspected with a camera. Express Drains was recommended by a family friend and I am extremely impressed by their service. They scheduled around my work schedule to come as soon as possible. They found the issue quick (a sports ball in the sewer line - crazy kids!) and were able to remove the obstruction on the spot. They did all of this work for half the price as some of the national chain companies. I highly recommend Express Drains.

In November Express Drains cleared a clogged toilet and left the waste on the floor. They didn't even ask for a bucket. In April they pulled 15 pounds of human waste (see picture) from a main sewer line in the street. They then bagged the waste, carried it up the stairs to the front porch and deposited it there. While they certainly get the job done I think there is a level of professionalism that is lacking.

Called this morning to fix a clogged drain in a bathroom. At first the receptionist said they would not be able to make it out today and I would have to wait for tomorrow. She put me on hold for a minute and said I would get a call when they were on their way. About 3 hours later, got the call! They guy who came out was very thorough and let me know the cost over the phone on his way. I thought it was a great approach and saves everybody a lot of time. Pipes are cleared, got advice for preventative maintenance and even shared a laugh. Would highly recommend.
