Joe and his team are amazing! They refinished 2 floors and laid flooring in 2 more rooms and finished it. My floors never looked this good when others companies refinished it in the past. They were always on time, were very professional and accommodating. They showed up every day, and got the job done quickly. I am recommending them to all my friends and family.

We couldn't more pleased with the finished job. We came back from vacation to brand new floors and didn't find any dust from the work anywhere in the house. Joe and his crew were excellent. If you don't hire Smith's Hardwood, then you won't get the best in the business. The floors are so well done, family commented they looked fake.

We all hire workers that are not very good. Joe just finished my 4 bedrooms and hallway. With his new floor sanders the floors are beautiful. Wait as long as you have to but don’t hesitate to hire him He will be doing the parquet floor in the family room next. He is the first person that has said he can do it. He has made me a believer. Don’t hesitate

We are very happy with the work we had done by Smiths Hardwoods. From start to finish they were extremely professional. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were informed along the process and happy with the result. They even did a great job of keeping the dust out and everything covered etc. I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering flooring refinishing or new.

I have now used this company twice. First to have my upstairs done with new floors and now my first floor in which they put in new floors in part of the house and refinished the hardwood floor in the other rooms. It is amazing they made the entire first floor look brand new. Fantastic company!

Joe was great about working with our schedule and the floors turned out beautiful! I went with just a clear satin finish. We did have one stained spot that got darker after the finish was put on but Smith's came back out and fixed it right away. Highly recommend!

Our favorite contractor we've ever worked with! Truly. When we met with Joe to get a quote, my husband and I were immediately impressed with how knowledgeable he is in his field. He had thoughtful, professional responses to every question we asked. When we couldn't decide on a finish, he patiently had multiple phone calls with me and my husband, and even met us at his supplier's showroom so that we could browse and talk through our options. He walked the perfect balance between respecting our design ideas and also giving his expert input. His team worked efficiently and with an eye for detail.

Joe and his crew made the floors of my 1951 brick ranch look like they had just been installed. In addition to the great job on the floors, I was impressed by the number of questions and amount of explanation given before signing on. I felt like I would be working with someone who both knows what they're doing and would do what I wanted. I'm happy to report that that's exactly how it was. You have to be patient with scheduling (unsurprisingly, they're very busy), but the price is right and I can't image the quality being higher with someone else.
