The bad reviews are true. This company exaggerates damages and encourages their customers to commit insurance fraud. I had a small leak in my home the rep Que came and told me my floors would need to be pulled up and if I didn't, there would be mold and water damage underneath. There was no bubbling or visible damage to my floors. He also told me if I wanted, I could ask the insurance to replace my entire downstairs flooring. When the second rep arrived she told me I should have the insurance cover my floors because if I wanted my floors redone later I would have to come out of pocket and pay for

Having a flood or water damage in your home is never fun but Q and his team made the awful experience as easy as it could be. Q was extremely responsive/knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about the process, insurance, timing, etc.
They always gave me a call beforehand letting me know when they’d be at my house each day. Cannot say enough good things about Floodmasters. When you’re in an unfortunate situation, it makes things a little easier having good people helping who know what they’re doing. Thank you Q and team!

This company came at the recommendation of a plumber that was contracted through our home warranty. A piece of paneling had to be removed from the exterior of our home to access a shower drain, which was leaking profusely. The panel needed to be replaced, and I was told that when the area was properly dried and it could be determined that there was no mold, it would be replaced. Two months later, the panel has yet to be replaced and my phone calls have not been returned. Although the service personnel were nice, I can't recommend this company. Any business who promises work and doesn't follow through

We needed mitigation after noticing there was an major issue in our guest bathroom shower drain (flood). Mr. Q came to our home and professionally ensured that migration is what we needed and he kindly explained process. He was also, knowledgeable about questions I had concerning insurance, inspections throughout this process. My bathroom flooded from a loose pipe. Floodmasters arrived quickly and immediately stopped the leak and began drying the mess. Unfortunately (or fortunately) the existing flooring couldn't be saved. They fixed the problem, dried the mess, and rebuild the damaged parts so that it looked even better than before.
I recommended them later to my Mother for her flooded basement (2 bedrooms/2 baths, +den) It was covered ankle deep from a pipe bursting while she was out of town. Again, fast response and the bottom line that the results were better than new.... they even checked for mold.
