Meet the Phantom! This wall-mounted condensing boiler has a stainless steel water tube heat exchanger, and is one of our most efficient offering. The Phantom is available in five sizes (80, 100, 120, 150, and 180 MBH) with multiple venting options. The Phantom offers "Smart Boiler" capabilities, like outdoor reset and a modulating burner with 5:1 turndown ratio.

We woke in the morning to find that our heat turned off in the middle of the night (it's 3F outside). We called one place that said they wouldn't be able to get to us tomorrow, so we called Adamczyk Heating & Cooling after reading someone from NextDoor recommend them. They arrived within the hour and fixed the issue within 20 minutes! They were quick and professional and we will definitely use them again.

Called to have someone come out to give an estimate to replace my air conditioner and furnace. I was told they were very busy, but they should be able to have someone come out that day. They had my address, phone number and email address. This was on a Tuesday. It is now the following Tuesday and nobody ever came out and I never received a phone call or email giving me any updates. Needless to say, I will get not be getting a quote from them for this project or any future projects. Very frustrating when they don't communicate.
