I purchased an entire house full of high end cabinetry; kitchen, 4 bathrooms, pantry and laundry room. It took several trips to get all cabinetry aligned. I was told to call back and set up an appointment to get everything readjusted at the end of a year of install. I have drawers that won't close, they hit on the hardware that I chose while in the showroom so they should work. I have multiple handles that are scratched from being hit on another drawer or door. I tried texting my sales agent multiple times to get on the schedule. When I didn't hear back, I called the office to find that

I am being very generous with one star. Our builder sent us here and it was a very frustrating experience! They did NOT listen to us at all!. They want to give you a design then go from there. The designers kept pushing us toward the high end cabinets with custom paint. We just wanted white! They had no concept of staying within a budget. In the end we were nearly $25000 over our budget for a few high end kitchen cabinets and cheap bathroom cabinets. Absolutely no extras or fancy trim. After a few additional weeks of waiting, our cabinet face was delivered and our installer was great, so I've added another star. We eventually discovered a few places where the initial installers didn't "adjust" the soft closure euro slides correctly, so the alignment of the accompanying cabinet face was not level. All in all, we are mostly satisfied for this quality level of material and installation.

Very poor customer service from day one as far as buying a new house that hardison home had build, and they installed the cabinets to having them come back out to fix their mistakes and then trying to go to the showroom to try to get someone to come out to measure for another cabinet to be made and I will install, how they stay in business is beyond me, they are terrible! Do not recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I wanted to add a few additional cabinets to our newly built house. The showroom is great, but it was extremely difficult to have anyone take us seriously. I had to track down the designer who was helping me and every time we spoke, it seemed like I was bothering him or wasting his time. Unfortunately it was difficult to match our cabinets elsewhere, so we came to the company that supplied them in the first place. It was almost like because we were not spending an excessive amount of money, we were pushed aside and overlooked.

Absolute nightmare, do not use this company. We used Markraft for our full kitchen remodel and the Nashville location is a complete joke. Unorganized, junior staff, non-present management and more. We bought the highest brand they sold because we wanted solid walnut and wood boxes. It showed up as veneer and MDF with several things being missing or wrong from the order. Markraft has such bad relationships with their vendors that a rush order for a wrong part took 2 months. (Markraft is just a 3rd party reseller for other cabinet companies) All in all, our 2-3 month project took

We had a great experience at Markraft. We just remodeled our guest bathroom and purchased a vanity/cabinet from them. The quality was outstanding for the price we paid. We visited the showroom and Dan Collings came out and measured . He even drew up a blueprint for us and made some other recommendations at my request. We couldn't be more pleased with the results!

Markraft Cabinets installed the cabinets in our new home... 7 years ago. Recently we decided to modify our original cabinets and add new ones in the process as well... The decision to go with Markraft again was an easy one. Bryan - our sales rep and Mark our installer did a fantastic job.
