I’ve worked with a lot of septic companies, and I’d have to say this is easily one of the best experience I’ve had.
Rob was not only very understanding after I made a scheduling mistake, he was also very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

BEWARE!!!!!!! I had a property that went through escrow, this company supposedly "certified" the septic tank. This business owner stated he pumped the septic, he provided a bogus certificate. Now, 6 months later I have two professionals stating that he never did the work he claimed he did. When I talked to the business owner he became rude and refused to provide proof of his work, he's a cheat and non trustworthy! I will be taking him to small claims, seems he's changed business names and doesn't have a good reputation. DONT HIRE A THIEF!!
