Rick’s is amazing. The whole team is professional, highly responsive, and skilled. We’ve now used them many times for both plumbing and HVAC at two different homes. We’d recommend them a 1000%! Great value and honest and always go the extra mile in work and customer service. Rick also takes the time to educate you on an issue, giving great tips and advice to help you make informed decisions. They truly care about their customers. Very professional! I called and quoted the special that was still in effect. They came out the next day. He serviced my heater and explained what he did.
I would have liked a detailed written receipt listing what was done during the visit.
Other than that, I will use them again and I recommend this company to others.

A friend referred us to Rick's to replace our AC system. They came out the next day in the middle of the summer and gave us an affordable price. Repairs went smoothly and the employees were great, even took extra care not to let out our cats with all the in and out during installation. We're using Rick's for all our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs now.

I Scheduled an Appointment because I just moved in a house and the water heater didn’t work. First my appointment was @10am, they changed it to 11am at 915am that morning.ok fine. At 11am the worker drives pass my house looks at me and keeps driving and never comes back!!!🤷🏽♀️ I called several times they said he is not answering and they have no idea where he is at because they are only the answering service. I then got emails saying thank you for business and appointment! There was no appointment!!!! If u have an emergency please don’t call Rick! They are very unprofessional and

I had just purchased my home but the boiler was turned off and I wanted to a professional to stop by to inspect it for me so that’s when I contacted this company. They were response and they arrived in a timely matter. They were very knowledgeable and useful. He explained everything to me and made me aware of the basics. He was able to get my boiler working in a matter of minutes. He was professional and they also charged a reasonable price. Our HVAC stopped blowing cold air just in time for the hot weather before Memorial Day, so I called Rick’s at the recommendation of a friend. They had a technician out the next day, who diagnosed the issue as a coolant leak in the condenser.
When I told him the old unit hadn’t done a great job cooling our second floor even when it was working, he had Rick came over to do a walkthrough of the house and make sure a new condenser would actually cool both floors properly.
