We offer kitchen and bath remodels, room additions, whole-home makeovers and custom renovations. We start with your vision and take that into our showroom where we help you choose your custom cabinets and fixtures. Then our team of construction experts complete your customized experience. Prosser Construction is GROWING and we are looking for an Estimator to join our TEAM! This position will involve hands-on training and mentorship so minimum experience is required. Strong candidates will be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a team mentality collaborating on projects.

We recently moved to North Tacoma from Seattle. We had downsized our living space and our new home needed some upgrades. We tried a few different companies, as the projects were many, but the company that stood out was Prosser Construction. One challenging project was to install an exhaust fan/hood over a stove. Because of the space this was not an easy project. However, Prosser has a "Can Do" attitude and they found a way to make it happen. We've had a handful of items handled by Prosser over the last year and a half. The overall experience has been good, and we'll continue to use them in the future.
The initial project was a replacement of two decks (a small set of steps and a full size deck), replacing a sliding glass door with a french door, and a full repaint of the house. There were some hiccups around getting permits which led to the project taking a long time to get started. Eventually, it was believed the mixup was cleared up, but some communication breakdown with the town of Lakewood left us with our existing deck demolished

Amazing re-roofing job in record time!
We could not be more pleased with the work from Garrett- Do It Right Roofing and Prosser Construction!
The job was done quickly and quality work from beginning to end. The crew was hard working, respectful and cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they had done such a big job.

We were able to work with Prosser Construction, a women-veteran owned business, during our recent kitchen remodel. Stephanie took great care communicating with us during the process. She took time to understand what we wanted done. She devised and coordinated the schedule for the subcontractors and kept us updated on all details concerning dates and times. She checked with us on our satisfaction with the work that was done and made sure that it met our expectations. This required a great deal of her time, as we are very detail-oriented people. I hired Prosser to do our move out clean and I was so impressed! Grace showed up on time and got right to work. She worked quickly and efficiently. She cleaned nooks and crannies that wouldn’t have ever occurred to me. My family moves often and we have many times needed to pay for a move out clean due to time constraints. We found Prosser to be reasonable and definitely a great value! Highly recommend their cleaning devices.

Amanda helped us out with an urgent concern the day before we had to leave on vacation. She didn't have to do it, and she could have easily shuffled us off elsewhere. But she didn;t. She drove to our business and offered us sound advice. I will call Prosser if/when we have construction needs based on this interaction with the company.
