Birge's Concrete & Bobcat

Called to get an estimate and after waiting three days for a response, Debbie called and asked about the project. Told her what I was looking for and she asked if somebody could get her the measurements of what the job entailed and call her back. Within ten minutes I returned her call only to get a busy signal twice and then the answering machine on which I left the information. That was two days ago. This company was recommended by a neighbor but, I must say, I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company before. If the job was too small or minor all it would take would be a call back relating

Steve and his crew did an amazing job on my driveway. It wasn’t an easy job, but they were able to overcome drainage issues and still make it pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend them!

A PLEASANT WOMAN NAMED DEB CALLED ME BACK IN 10 MINUTES. I FLAT OUT SAID, YOU ARE THE COMPANY I AM GOING TO USE, EVEN WITHOUT A QUOTE. A REAL PERSON THAT ALWAYS RETURNED ALL CALLS IN A TIMELY AND COURTEOUS MANNER. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY IS GOING TO HAPPEN, WALKED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS, AND THEY ARRIVE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO !! YES, THAT IS HARD TO FIND ANYMORE, AS THEY ARE AN HONEST SMALL FAMILY OWNED COMPANY
