Johnny arrived earlier than scheduled, found and repaired a broken switch on the unit that kept us from having heat.
He also showed me how to use the programable thermostat (again--I'm old and forgetful)
He finished by sharing a summary of our units and several different options to consider in the future as our units continue to age (they're not spring chickens any more much like us)
All in all, first class service for a first class business

YESTERDAY AFTERNOON , A/C unit stopped cooling ,so I called CYPRESS CREEK & THE LADY ASSISTANT IMMEDIATELY contacted DANIEL , SERVICE MAN , to dispatch his advise & service call. DANIEL called me , scheduled a service call bout 5:30 & was prompt to begin evaluating the problem. AT 7:15 DANIEL completed this call & problem solved. I called another company because they were running a special for AC routine maintenance. The other company didn't work in my favor so and found Cypress Creek A/C when searching for a Lennox provider. Lena was a joy to speak with from the first phone call. She was patient and worked with her technician Garrett to ease my concerns. Lena and Garrett worked hard together and he was able to come the same day despite having a business schedule. They provided good customer service and I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Fast and always reliable. Our AC went out and they were able to get here and get back up and running. Will need to replace a great deal of our system and will be using Cypress Creek to do so. Have had them take care of us for over 20 years.

Called Cypress Creek A/C last night when house was 80°. Dave had "a guy" here within 15 minutes. Robert worked a couple hours then got portable units to get us through the night. He was back at 7:30 this… morning, followed soon by Daniel and Dave. They worked in the rain to get my home cool again. Great service is one reason I've been a customer for 17 years! Thanks guys!
