Wow - absolutely blown away with the customer service when we visited. My dad needed
new tips for his hearing aids after moving here from Florida and was very concerned that he couldn't get them up here. They got him exactly what he needed and will be coming back to get a hearing aid test and adjustment soon.

I went in for an appointment to discuss a recent feeling of hearing loss. I was greeted by Amy who was very friendly and went over my paperwork with me to discuss my concerns. She was very thorough and patient. I had my exam with Brittany who was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. The exam itself was very interesting and insightful. I loved being able to see inside my ear via a camera that is inserted into your ear canal and shows on her computer screen!
She then did a very thorough audible test with headphones to test my level of hearing. She was able to show me a graph
