Select Home Improvements hooked it up! I had Anlin, Del Mar Windows installed and they look great! They installed half the windows and it's already cut out a ton of heat and most of the sound. Bryan Wilson came back to help me figure out a good price as a previous customer and to use our home again for a showcase house. He gave me a deal I couldn't pass up and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service they provide. I would say without a doubt that Bryan is the man to ask for & select home improvements is the company to go with.

Select Home Improvements provides a "COOL WALL" exterior wall high tech coating. We were convinced about this product for several reasons. 1: Our exterior stucco walls which face south and west would get too hot to touch. Needless to say, our electric bill (even with solar) was very high. Once the coating was applied, our house has remained very cool in spite of 90+ weather outside. We have seen a corresponding reduction in our electric bill. 2: We have a leak somewhere that we have been unable to find. We expect this superior grade coating will eliminate it as well. We worked with Rick for a quote - and he was attentive and professional. From ordering to installation, communication was great. Installation was quick and efficient. We had Select come out to our home to repair stucco and wood siding, and to paint the entire house. The stucco and wood siding are 40+ years old. The paint was put on the home by the family that sold it to us two years ago. Already the paint was sun-baked and fading.
Cesar and his team were able to make the stucco and wood siding look brand new. And, the new paint looks like it was applied by the experts that Cesar and his team are. Clean lines and great coverage.

We CANNOT be happier with the installation of our new Anlin windows. Install took a little more than half a day (12 windows) and couldn't have gone smoother. Workers showed up on time, were very respectful of our home a me took great care making sure we'd be pleased with the end results. Keep an eye out for ANOTHER review once our house is painted! We can't get enough of these guys!

I get at least 1 or 2 calls a week from these contractors that claim to do it all. Wether it be Landscape or Air Conditioning or some New Windows, etc. I almost always say, "No thanks" and hang up. But this time I was greeted with the nicest girl. Professional, friendly, patient, understanding. She really captured my interest. So I went ahead and scheduled a consultation, for paint or a coating actually. We are so glad that Bryan Wilson decided to come to our door! Window upgrades were on our mind but something we didn't think we could afford so soon; we just purchased our home 2 years ago. After spending some time with Bryan, getting to know him and Select Home Improvements it was hard to say no. Select Home Improvement replaced all my windows and sliding glass doors and I hired them to apply texture coat to the exterior of my house. They also replaced the wood trim on my house as needed. They were quick, thorough, efficient and very professional. Any time I contact them they are quick to respond and answer any questions I have and they send people out to check on me quickly.
