I can confidently say Sam is hands down the best pool guy in Tucson. If you need your pool serviced by someone fair, reliable, that doesn’t take advantage of customers, look no further. My pool pump went out and Sam was able to come out the same day and give me a diagnosis. I ended up not going with him as he didn’t carry the pump brand that went with my automation due to supply issues, but Sam was extremely professional, didn’t charge me for the work he did, and gave me a bunch of free advice. Frankly I was blown away by his go-giver, help-people-out-no-matter-if-it-benefits-me-or-not attitude

I wish I had looked up “highly rated pool repair” sooner. I am so impressed with the entire interaction from start to finish with Sam from Quality Pool Service and Repair. His experience and thorough knowledge of pool systems gives him the advantage of quoting without haggling. He listened to my diagnosis over the phone, had me send a picture of my current heater, and was very straight forward about replacement costs. It took Sam no time to schedule an appointment for a week out about. He was at my house in less than a week with a RayPac 400,000. While installing the heater he took the time

Sam and the Quality Pool Service & Repair team have been taking care of my pool for years. When I say the word CARE, I do not say it lightly. This small business is a perfect display of LEADING BY EXAMPLE! The owner, from a business point of view, is absolutely punctual, responsive, and delivers quality work at a value you can afford. However, from a personal point of you, Sam the owner, is a genuinely kind and trust worthy human being who truly CARES and you can't place a value on that.
