The store was recommended to me through a friend who had done business with them for over 20 years. They were not the cheapest quote but they were comparable to others. I ultimately chose to go with them for several reasons. I needed help and insight as to what to do to allow the most light into my sunroom while giving complete or partial privacy. Ann immediately suggested the top down bottom up option but also gave me other alternatives to consider as well as I was not initially considering this. After several other quotes and some companies insisting that I only do the option that they suggested

My father came in to purchase a blind for our semicircle window. The shop owner told him basically that he was not good enough to shop in her store. Think of the movie Pretty Lady and that's what the experience was.
Did not end up purchasing, and will never get the chance. My advice: wear a tuxedo when coming to this shop otherwise you will be turned away because the owner will judge you based on your appearance.
