Scheduled a quick appointment with the staff in the office. Randall came to the job site. Gave me an excellent quote on my foundation repair. He was very nice and respectful. Job was finished in a timely manner. Randall always showed up on time. Job was finished with no issues, very pleased with the work he did. Any work I need done in the future Randall will be the first one I contact. Will also be referring him to friends and family.

I am seriously so glad I came across this company. The owner has literally went above and beyond helping me with everything I needed done. I simply called and set up and appointment with the lovely lady in the office, she was very kind to me. Scheduled my appointment literally the next day. The owner showed up on time. He helped me see a couple of other important things that needed to be fixed with my house and really just was so amazing with all of his help. I hired Randall's Crawlspace to remove mold and resolve dampness in my crawlspace. An appointment was schedule to review the damages and that evening I received a reasonable quote. After comparing price I hired him. Within two days his staff was on site and the job was completed. He went over and above by correcting the problem and even added new vapor barrier. I have not had any other issues and would highly recommend his services.

Mr. Brush and his whole crew really came in and knocked the job out. They were very tedious. Finished all the work I needed done in a timely manner. Cleaned up the job after so I wasn't left with a mess, just all the way around make it super enjoyable for me to work with them an be happy with the process.

After contacting some of the big name foundation companies, I got a quote from Randall's and was impressed by how straightforward, knowledgeable, and honest they are. They weren't out to band-aid the problem with my foundation or sell me services I didn't want or need. The work was completed promptly and with good communication, even though there were some difficulties with communicating prior to the job being accepted, but with everything out of whack because of COVID, some challenges were to be expected. HORRIBLE. Came to the house, showed him the crawl space that we needed to get estimate for & I walked to the bathroom & back & he was completely gone in less than 3 minutes time. YET, he had the audacity to call & tell us that it was going to cost TENS OF THOUSANDS to repair. Won’t give a written estimate but says he’s more than happy to go over everything over the phone & asked where the pictures, etc are to verify & document; states he doesn’t need them & won’t even address the fact that he was here less than 3 minutes & never actually went under the house. BEWARE & AVOID AT ALL COST
