We have a 8 month old puppy.....we all know they tend to have accidents at first. Darin was able to get rid of the pee stains and the odor. On top of that our carpet had not been cleaned in about 2 years so it was looking really grey in the main traffic areas of our home . It now is back to the original cream color. Darin was very helpful with… suggestions on keeping our carpet clean and what to use and do for any future puppy accidents. I will be setting an appointment up in the fall this year to keep our carpet looking fresh for the holidays! Thank you!

My carpet looks brand new! I've had Tully's come to my house on two occasions, and both times Darin did a fabulous job. I had waited a little too long in between cleanings, but both times he did an amazing job cleaning up my high traffic areas and the stains (and they don't return!) I highly recommend Tully's!

Extremely happy with results! Stanley Steemer came to my house and left my carpets smelling gross. Darin came and not only got the stains out that the other guy left behind but left my carpets smelling amazing as well as looking new! Based upon all of your reviews, I contacted Darren.
He showed up when he said he would, did a great job of getting rid of some pet stains in our carpet and made it as well as our off white sectional sofa look new again. He also did a rug that we hadn't requested as he thought when he sprayed his magical mix of whatever he uses on the couch, that it would over spray on to the rug. I asked him how often we should have it cleaned and he told me the manufacturer says once a year. So I already have it in my calendar to contact him a year from now.

I contacted Darren about cleaning my whiteish living room carpet and was able to come in on very short notice. I was close to just having the carpet replaced at it has some stains that we doubted would come out as we have had other carpet cleaners clean with expected resulted. Darren compl rely surpassed our expectations and thanks to him, we will no longer be replacing our carpet. Very nice and personal person with fantastic work. Thanks Darren. ** the price is pretty sweet. We had three rooms(living rooms, two bedrooms) including the hallway cleaned for $165. Although our bedrooms are larger than the average size, tully didn't make a big deal about it when he calculated out price.
** I love how tully has a three day guarantee. If the stain comes back OR you spill coffee on the carpets that tully had cleaned.. He'll come back and clean it for you!

I still can't believe what great work Tully provided! I really appreciated that Arlo was honest about his rates before coming down and did not try to upcharge us when he got here. We have a puppy and a baby on the way so we wanted to get rid of the pet odor asap. Tully has the best rates and service we have had so far.
