I have been in the market shopping for a 60" vanity for a long time .. nothing that will appeal to my wife till we went to Decors US and we were amazed with the big selection and the reasonable prices.
Ash was super nice and professional he answered all our questions and gave us a very good deal.
They deliver it on time as promised and we could not be happier.

We bought 4 vanities and eviva mirrors thru decor USA. One of the mirror was not working fine and we contacted the seller. We were told to send the video which we did. One week later when we followed up we were told they never received the video. We resent it while on the call. Never received a reply for 2 weeks. When we called again, we were told they sent us a video claiming our installation wasn't correct. We never received their video. On asking what needs to be done for correct installation, the guy was clueless. Said he will check with company and get back on Monday.

The 2 stars for this review is purely based on our experience here. We are redoing a bathroom and we went here for a vanity and sink. We found one we like and they offered us the vanity for $900. About $400 less then what it was labeled for. We place the order with mike and ash, I guess they own the place or whatever. They report it will be delivered within 2 weeks. The scheduled delivery day came and it never showed up. Apparently they were delivering in south jersey and we were the furthest stop and they couldn't make it. So they told us it will come the following day between 4pm-6pm. Well

We purchased three vanities for our house from this place, two with double sinks and one single. Big purchase and the salesperson guaranteed prompt free delivery in two weeks, which is generally the standard. Two weeks went by, no delivery, after multiple calls we got our two double sink vanities delivered a week later. After several calls they assured us the last vanity will come a week later (thats 4 weeks after we placed the order). They also told us at that point that we would have to pay for shipping, since only the first delivery was free (no matter that it was their fault it was not included

Ordered a full set of kitchen cabinets, order was delayed and when we finally got the order we found out that 2 doors were broken, one glass was damaged, missing molding and other issues. At first they were willing to help , they started sending me to different warehouses, i had to pat extra charges for parts i already paid for, some doors were the wrong size . i had to pay for their mistakes over and over , once $461.40 and another charge for $161.00, overall Randel is avery nice guy but as we stand today my kitchen is still not done!!!

We purchased several items from Decors for our home renovation and, overall, we had a great experience. They had great modern options for bathroom pieces and for the kitchen. We purchased two vanities, two mirrors, our bathroom hardware, kitchen backsplash tile, kitchen cabinet handles, and kitchen faucet from Mo and his team. It's not a huge store, so they didn't have some items in stock, but this was true for bigger chains as well, so my husband and I didn't mind the waiting so much as they did their best to get us the items quickly. We were very pleased to find this showroom in Paramus. After looking at the chain stores and being very unhappy with the quality of the merchandise, this was like a dream. A large number of vanities on display to choose from, and all were well made.
We picked our purchase up at the Paterson warehouse, and everything was well done. They opened each box for our approval, and then wrapped everything back up and put it in our car.
Will definitely go back again!

We built a home and had Mo at Cleopatra help us with selection and installation. He is a really nice guy but more importantly, he is a man of his word and takes pride in his business and caring for his customers. He went out of his way to always make us happy and ensure quality work. You don't find that very often today. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
