Couldn't recommend them more. Chad and Mike are remarkably knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive. They go above and beyond in every aspect of the business and that's the kind of thing that makes me a customer for life. Purchased a hot tub from them and will be going back for a pool in the near future thanks to the way they conduct themselves.

If I could leave a 0 star review,I would. We were looking to have them replace the liner in our very old pool. They came out, measured the pool and left their sample book. So far so good. After a bit of back and forth learning about the different liner options, we picked one, called and put down our deposit (half the quoted price...over $2,000). This is where things took a turn for the worse. We either emailed or called trying to get a date for the replacement. And nothing. We would talk to whomever answered the phone and got told someone would get back to us. And no one ever did. After

We bought a large pool and saltwater system from these guys. They were great until we had a problem with the filter. It was indicating there was "no flow" which means the salt generator is not generating chlorine. I had just been in to buy multiple products to fix the water after being away during multiple storms. Algae was developing. I called to determine how i could address this issue and was told by a very rude receptionist that they were busy and would call me back. We bought our pool from KB in 2013 and it was an amazing experience. On top of a fantastic price, Jim was incredibly helpful and patient with his training us, complete neophytes, on how to manage the pool. Ever since, we have always received and enjoyed top-notch service and care when it came to supplies, advice and maintenance throughout the years. So, in 2020, when it came time to FINALLY get our spa, there was no considering anyone else BUT KB. I called every where in Rochester to try to get my pool serviced. All the places told me they could not help me because I did not purchase the pool from them and since I just moved into my place 6 months ago I had no idea where the pool was purchased from.I called Krossber Brothers Pool and Spa and the first interaction that I had with Jeremiah Sickmond was what call great customer service even tho he was not sure if they could help he walked me threw the process to try to find the best possible solution. The experience with Krossber was easy and efficient. From purchase to install, all aspects were handled exceptionally well. The install crew was fantastic and asked us lots of clarifying questions to ensure they placed the hot tub exactly where we wanted it to be. Six years ago in November we were moving into a new house in Pittsford and left our 7yr old hot tub with the house we sold. A good friend suggested we check out Krossber Brothers for a new hot tub, we wanted to extend our deck and add a hot tub at the new place. It was a warm winter and our deck expansion project was sufficiently complete in January to place the hot tub. Mike & family did an amazing job of getting it delivered, installed and ready for use. They were also very helpful to ensure we overcame a problem with the power line that was incorrectly installed.

We purchased a 30' above ground pool & spa from them about 6 years when they were still Fingers Lakes Pool & Spa. I still remember the day we stopped in to see about getting an above ground pool. We had already done some shopping at other local pool places and just weren't happy with what we found. We just happened to drive by one day and decided to stop in! Jim & Mike were awesome to work with! They were both very knowledgable and gave us a ton of information on pools & spas and helped us narrow down what would work best for us. I had my pool liner replaced yesterday by James and his crew. Absolutely five-star experience. Everything was handled from removing the old to filling to removing garbage. It finally was full at 8 PM last night. This morning I turned everything on and it works perfect as James stated. He even recommended things to help in the future. I highly recommend this company. Amazing customer service!!
