Arrived and gave a quote for a work order. both my father and the employee signed it. the day they were supposed to work, they had to replace tires (which is understandable) but never returned for the remainder… of the day.
However today they arrived again this morning with a new work order for nearly double the amount previously agreed upon and tried to get us to agree to pay an absurd amount.
these people are price gougers and will be reported to our local authorities.
Do NOT use their service.

Agreed on a price, said the work would be done within a few days, waited for over a month, arrived with no notice when I wasn't home, completed project with poor results, asked to return to fix, agreed to return to fix, failed to return after several weeks, and ending my efforts to try to make right. Highly disappointed and warn others to find someone else with more integrity.

Dale (the owner of the Ike Tree LLC) cam out to my home two Fridays ago to do the following work: cut 3 trees, trim 3 trees, and front and backyard clearing/debris removal. I was excited to have his company do the work because I believed him to be honest, fair, and genuine with pricing and work ethic, and despite having had 5 quotes prior to his, I decided (unfortunately) to go with

Thank you for the Great Work this week
We had several trees in our common areas that have fallen and it was blocking our path for our neighborhood. I called Dale, he and crew came out immediately and solved our problem. This is the 3rd time in the last year that I have needed Dale to come out and take care of our fallen tree issues and once again He and his team came to the rescue. Thank you for your great work, timeliness, and professionalism

We used this company for a big tree removal/trim job and I was highly impressed with their level of professionalism. There was always a supervisor on site and everyone I talked with was super friendly. Dale and Travis were constantly checking to make sure I was happy with the progress (which I was) and I really believe they are experts in their field. Not to mention they are very affordable!

I had tree damage after the snow storm a couple of weeks ago, and one of the limbs was about to fall on my neighbor's driveway. It was a Sunday when I called Dale - he was at my house in 20 minutes, gave me a fair price estimate, and offered to do the work right then. Dale was pleasant and professional - good experience overall!
