I reached out to Tony, who is a plumber I used in the past. He is now working for Benchmark, so right off the bat, I had full trust in them. Luke came out and inspected my AC and said I needed a new one. He went into the attic and pointed out why it died. The ductwork installed by the builder was not up to his standards, so he put in a request for a new AC and ductwork. Jack and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the A/C units and gas furnaces at my townhome with all-electric Mitsubishi air-source heat pumps. We used all of the existing ductwork and love the new equipment - super efficient and improved comfort. Jack and his son William installed 5 Mitsubishi ductless wall units in our home last year, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Not only did they do an amazing job of install, with tons of attention to detail, but the respect they showed for our home and the quality of work is beyond compare. Just this past week we had them back out to install an exhaust fan in our master bath, and once again they proved they are the best in town at what they do; no wonder they are currently the only Mitsubishi Diamond contractor in Dallas. I was very impressed with my interaction with Jack from the beginning. He was confident in his experience but never pushy or high pressure. He and his sons came and easily installed my Mitsubishi mini split ductless unit in our garage in less than a few hours. You can tell they have done this hundreds of times before. They also did it for less than 2 other quotes I received. They were polite and cleaned up and they were on their way. My AC/Heater in the garage works great and is so quiet! My AC works better than new. Jack fixed a poor install and even poorer maintenance by another HVAC company. They were polite. efficient and personable. Number one in my book. Highest recommendations for Benchmark Service.

Jack is great to work with. Jack came out on a Saturday morning (how many contractors do that?) to give me estimate. Within a half hour he had explained everything to me. He gave full information and answered all my questions. We set a time for the next Tuesday
Jack and crew showed up this morning when he said he would be here. He and his crew of 3 young men got to work right away. It took about 3 hours to install my new ductless unit. They were very neat and tidy. They cleaned up after they were done. Once finished, Jack explained how everything worked and showed me how to use the remote.

About 3 months later in the fall I did a small home renovation and the indoor unit had to be moved. I contacted Jack and he showed up same day within an hour to get everything moved so contractors could continue with their job. Jack is wonderful! We had his team install a ductless mini-split system in our bonus room. After he did such a wonderful job on that project, we discovered a big problem with our traditional AC unit that cools the entire house. Jack & his team replaced this unit with a new traditional unit. It was blazing hot in our attic, but they still completed the job quickly (one day!) & left the area clean. Highly recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs!

Jack and William clearly know what they are doing. They were able to install a 3/4 ton Mitsubishi Heat pump in my home office in about 4 hours flat. I have a 12x12 room on the corner of my house that is used for my office (I work from home 80% of the time).
