Although I live in Idaho and MiY is in Baltimore, I connected with them through my online searching because they seemed to have a specific media cabinet in stock that few others had, and they had good reviews. I can't believe I haven't reviewed MiY Home yet! I bought a home in Baltimore six years ago and have accumulated many pieces of furniture from here. Michael and Seth are the owners and really know their stuff! The first time I visited here, they helped me design the layout for my rooftop deck. We decided on a modern outdoor sectional with two outdoor lounge chairs, a side table, coffee table, and umbrella. My husband and I moved to Baltimore last year in July and had passed by Miy Home several times on our way to different places. We kept telling each other that we needed to drop in and check the place out. We needed to purchase two small sofas and decided to go to Miy Home and see what they had to offer in selections. Long story short we ended up purchasing the sofas there. Seth was great and helped us pick out the perfect fabric for our sofas. We found out shortly after that that the manufacturer had discontinued one of the fabrics we had chosen, but Seth was gracious enough to offer to come by

My husband and I recently relocated to Baltimore from San Francisco and live near MiY Home and drive by there all the time. We recently did a major renovation on our loft condo and kept saying that we needed to stop in and check the place out. We finally did and were so glad that we took the time to do so! Unfortunately we had already purchased a lot of the furniture we needed for our place somewhere else.

This business is a true Baltimore gem. Its rare to find a store that is so well put together. The selection here is amazing; Its all modern and very tasteful! The owners, Michael and Seth, go above and beyond to help you find the perfect piece for any room! MiY offers quality service and exceptional products. I've purchased two showroom items (sofa and bed) and have been so pleased with the style and quality of the material, as well as the friendliness and responsiveness of the owners and delivery team. Delivery was affordable and timely. We've received so many compliments on the pieces and have been inspired to paint/redecorate our rooms to match the styles of the pieces. Hilarious experience there today. My wife and I walked into the store just after lunch. We are looking for a sofa and are eager to buy and were greeted with a hello. Then browsed the entire store. Nice layout, beautiful store. Completely ignored by the staff. To the point that it was comical. We've visited five or six furniture stores and typically get "can I show you something in particular?" Or " do you have any questions we can answer?" Here we got a hello then nothing in the way of customer service or salesmanship. And the store was empty except for one other couple

This furniture options in this store are great and very modern (there are several different levels of furniture to check out) but the customer service is really exceptional. These guys will take the time to explain your options and help you make sure you love what you're buying, and they don't pressure or rush you to buy anything. I'm very satisfied with my couch and will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.
