I was extremely happy with Bin There Dump South - Cincinnati South! I got tired of looking at other comparables in the area; the advertised price was lower but then they tack on fees after the fact. BTDP had a 'one stop' price for a 15 yard dumpster with 2.5 ton limit and I didn't have to play games. Will definitely use them again!!

We have used this company twice and both times we had excellent service. They answer the phone when you call and you get a real person, which is nice this day and age. The first time we called them was because our house had burt down the week prior. They did everything they could to get us a dumpster that next day and one of the employees even made a personal donation of some shoes for our son when he learned of what happened. These are good people and I will recommend them to anyone.

This company provided customer service very well. The 15 I wanted didn't fit in the drive. Within 45 min they had a 10 redirected to me. Drivers were very cordial and professional. They dropped the 10 where they had 1" to spare on each side. I would use again in a heartbeat. Martin R

They dropped the bin off on the day agreed upon and picked up once I let them know we were finished. All we had to do on our end was load it up with our junk. Highly recommend as it's a good bang for your buck!

Bin There Dump That was a wonderful business to work with. John and Susan took time to answer all of my questions and explain the procedure. Thomas, the deliverer of the dumpster, was able to back down my very long and narrow driveway and place the dumpster in a very convenient spot for loading. All through the process it was easy. I would recommend this company to anyone.
