About Report

It was started by Daryll DeGraaf, the father of its two current owners - Deb and Dean DeGraaf. From 1993 to 2018, the business has expanded from one employee to over 35. DGI began operation in a retail space shared with another flooring store on Port Sheldon Road in Jenison. DGI concentrated on retail and builder market while the other business concentrated on the commercial and apartment market.

DeGraaf’s installed carpet for me today. From the day I placed my order with DeGraaf’s they have been a great to work with. All of the staff is pleasant and helpful. From start to finish, DeGraaf was wonderful to work with. Doug helped us to find a flooring product that matched our style and price desires and then he also helped us to find a beautiful countertop to match. We are so pleased with the strong communication of this business and the beautiful installation of the floors and counters. Bruce and his team installed the floors in what felt like record time…..just a day and a half for the installation of the whole house of flooring! I would highly recommend DeGraaf Interiors to anyone who has an interest in updating their home.:)

We absolutely love our new LVT flooring DeGraff installed in our lower Level ! The installers were professional and friendly. The only hiccup was a misunderstanding of flooring being installed in the bathroom, and the installers not getting that info or having enough flooring. While this may have become an irritant, the installers were extremely upfront and communicative to us, orders additional flooring and will be able to install as soon as it arrives.
Along with the LVP install, we selected new carpeting for the stairs. The installer arrived early and was done promptly. Very professional and
