Founded in 1975, by Ron McCloskey who turned a one man show into a multi-million dollar Construction Service provider. Ron started projects with a handshake and a commitment to provide clients with the dream of ownership. He specialized in value engineering in a tough economy. As the company grew, MCI started many housing developments, apartments, retail projects and numerous medical buildings.
As a cost containment measure, the vast majority of our work is performed under negotiated contracts in which McCloskey Construction is an integral part of the planning and design process. Before we start a project we listen to the clients concerns, learn as much as we can about their business and their plans for the present and the future.
