What a wonderful professional company! My AC's Reset light kept coming on, and it couldn't cool below 76 degrees. Russ came out, was on time, called before arriving, and got it fixed quickly. No hidden costs. He showed me everything he was doing as he did it, including pics of the more damaged parts of the unit, so I wouldn't have to climb up on the ladder myself. I contacted Jeffries Inc. early Saturday morning after waking up with no heat. Russ and I discussed my issues over the phone and he was able to provide me with a possible fix. Russ showed up to my home and was ready to tackle the job. He communicated the issue with me and we discuss the possible options. Russ was very thorough in his work and took his time. Russ came out to evaluate our house for a new furnace and an AC unit. He was very thorough and friendly. He said that at the time, he was busy but would get us an estimate as soon as he could. After 2 weeks of not hearing from him, I called the office and was told that they were just busy and would try to get us the estimate as soon as possible. I have since called the office another 4 times because as I said, he seemed like a really nice guy, came highly recommended, and appeared to be very thorough. You just know your going to have one of those days when you wake up and it's 85* in your house and you can tell your A/C is not working!! After some failed DIY YouTube measures, I knew I needed a professional. Now understand, we are pushing 95* plus the last several days and everyone is having A/C issues!! One phone call to Jefferies inc and Mike was at my door at 11am! He did a great job diagnosing the problem (an extremely dirty blower fan and low A/C coolant) he was in and out in no time and the cost was very reasonable as well!! The house is now cooler then it's been in a long time
