Both the wife and I left our keys in the house thinking that the other had a set, and went out to dinner. When we returned home, we realized that we were completely locked out. Called the company, and they had someone at our home within 20 minutes. The gentleman who showed up had issues with a couple of our doors, and finally got one of them open. He was extremely nice, and even answered my questions on how to make that door more secure. I would not hesitate to call them if we ever have any lock issues in the future!
