My septic alarm went off this morning and I called Advantage. Robert, who took my call, guided me through the process to actually diagnose my problem, which turned out to be a broken pump. Rather than sending out a pump truck unnecessarily, he referred me to his parent company which handles repair work. He saved me a lot of time and money by not sending a pump truck out on a weekend only to find out the problem was with the pump.

Advantage Septic pumped out our septic tank this morning. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and the price. The technician assigned to our job (Fredy) arrived on time, was pleasant, and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently, was thorough, and gave us some tips for making sure we are maintaining our system properly.
Absolutely a 5-start experience. We will use Advantage Septic again.

Not only is this the third time in the last dozen years that Advantage pumped our septic tank but the same technician performed the pump each time. He was very professional, remembers our house, and knows many of the homes in the neighborhood. We chatted after the pump about the history of the area and the changes that he's seen in the neighborhood.
I'll definitely call Advantage when it's time for our next pump out.

Top notch service. I emailed two other companies who never even responded to my inquiry. Advantage followed up the next day and got me on the schedule. Tech was out first thing in the morning. Found the tank and was done in an hour. He accidentally clipped some of my yard with the big truck, and without even asking he touched up the dirt he had disturbed before he left. And, on top, they gave me a Military discount without even asking. Highly recommended by me!

This type of service is not one you need often. However, when you do, you should call this company.
I wanted to let you know about our service today. The technician Wilmer did a great job. My husband was outside with him while he worked and was very impressed by him. He was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My husband had nothing but good things to say about the service and wanted me to make sure people knew about the company.
We appreciate that Advantage was able to do our service and accommodate us when we needed to switch to Saturday.
