Our seven year old ice maker quit working, so it was old enough to be out of warranty, but the fridge was not old enough that we wanted to go out and replace it. Gilbert came and examined it and figured out the ice maker part needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and returned a few days later, once the part arrived from out of state. Gilbert is very courteous, punctual, and thorough. I will be referring him to my friends, as needed.

I'm glad I made the choice to allow Gilbert to repair my dryer. The initial call was to look at my washer and dryer. Gilbert arrived when he said he would. He not only did a diagnostic on my washer and dryer, but he went over the findings with me. He also advised my washer would cost more to repair than what it's worth and could create problems down the road. He did repair the dryer though. He was up front, honest, and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone.

I can't begin to say enough positive things about this company. I reached out to them last minute over the weekend. They were onsite the following Monday. They fixed my mom's dryer in 20 minutes (I am not exaggerating). The cost was $89 after appointment fee (which is a BARGAIN). I would definitely use them again. Thanks so much for all your help!!

Gilbert called to let me know that he had an.opening prior to our scheduled appointment, which was greatly appreciated on my day off. He arrived promptly( even brought a towel on a rainy day to dry his feet on before entering my home), diagnosed the problem quickly, and charged reasonable prices. Absolutely exceptional service from this company. Gilbert has helped us several times - dryer repair in 2018 and attempted washer repair this week (May 2020). Our washer is still under warranty, so he advised us to contact the manufacturer because it will be a costly repair. He is consistently on-time, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend him.
