Granite is an igneous rock, meaning it is formed by volcanic activity, which strength approaches that of diamonds. Mark and the Team are awesome! From the first time they came to bid our kitchen to the final day of remodel they were all very professional, on time, cleaned up daily, and on spot with price. Even flexible when we asked it we could slip in a remodel of our bathroom with the extra material from left over slab.

I had a great experience working with Markell Designs. My husband and I got multiple quotes when we began the search for a counter fabricator and was thoroughly impressed by the initial conversation with Kelly in the office to Mark's first consultation. Kelly was super friendly and knowledgeable and what I liked best is that she responded quickly every time I contacted her. I was impressed with how timely they were throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Markell Designs! We had our master & guest countertops replaced with granite and saw lots of Facebook recommendations for them and so true! Kelly is the main main contact and answers any and all questions with photos, if necessary. Her response is amazing and so precise and professional. Mark did the measurements and install and his attention to detail was superb! Such a fabulous company to deal with and provided quality work and service.

What a great experience. Treated our project like a complete remodel. Their recommendation and relationship with Granite showrooms is what made the difference. Always on time and on schedule. Even took the extra time to realize some very custom pieces were not our vision, modified, and returned with exactly how we wanted them. I'll post pics once we find a great tile to finish the backsplash. Highly, highly recommended.
