It has been 5 years since Bay installed a french drain and encapsulated my crawl space and everything is still working and functioning like the day it was installed, which speaks to the great quality of the products they used and their workmanship.
They installed a perimeter french drain with two sump pumps and a vapor barrier with a dehumidifier. The plastic vapor barrier still looks like new and the tape seams have held strong. The foam board insulation on the walls looks good as well. My crawl space humidity levels have remained around 40% and I don't have standing water issues in the crawl

They are a fantastic company to work with. Years ago when we needed some work done in our crawlspace we had 3 companies come out. They provided the best value for the work needed and seemed the most thorough in their inspection.
We had a supplemental beam installed plus went ahead with an encapsulation. They did great work and we’ve been very happy. Each year we have them come out to inspect everything and change the filters in the dehumidifier. They are always prompt and reliable.

After a recent discovery of a moisture issue under our house we had several companies come and give us an estimate for an encapsulation. Bay Crawlspace was not the cheapest. However, after speaking with the employee that gave us the estimate, they were the most professional and seemed the most knowledgeable. Once we decided to go with Bay Crawlspace they were in constant contact to keep us up to date on the timeframe of the install. So I contacted this place because of the good reviews up here and boy was I surprised the first inspector came out and said nothing was wrong so I had a second opinion the second opinion was really high and then I had a third opinion and there was kind of middle way I called the company because of the good reviews because I was like well I would rather them do the work based on the reviews they came out with someone else that said there was work that needed to be done and it was only $2000. Bay Foundation called me and sent a person out to look at the house. There was some confusion getting in contact with them with COVID but they came out and looked under the house and came up with a plan to fix it. I agree with the person as he knew which walls were load bearing and what needed to be done.

Called Bay about a small puddle under my 2 year old dehumidifier that they installed with encapsulation project. They sent out Seth who corrected the level on the dehumidifier at no charge. I wish all the service companies I deal with were as responsive, and took responsibility for the systems like Bay does. More impressive was their Tech Seth, came in a mask, maintained his 'social distance' was polite and highly efficient. No problem with recommending these guys.

We hired Bay to fix a poor crawlspace encapsulation in our home that was installed by a previous owner. Beau did a thorough inspection and sat down with us to make a remediation plan that fit our budget. We decided to replace the vapor barrier and install a dehumidifier. Because of moisture issues which resulted in a mildew smell seeping into my house, I had Bay Crawlspace install an encapsulation system in my crawlspace 12 months ago. They arrived when they said they would, leveled the sand in the crawlspace, installed the material on the ground and up the walls, replaced vents with closed caps, and finished off the project with a new access door. All this, plus a dehumidifier made the smell go away almost immediately. My husband discovered a pretty bad leak, along with other problems, under our house crawl space. The house is about 50 years old and probably had the original fiberglass and material under there along with scores of dead rodents, their urine and feces. Truly -- it was a mess! Great job ! Our pest control company told us we had rotten wood in our crawl space so we called a couple other companies and decided to go with Bay Crawl Space . We are very confident in our decision . They replaced almost all of the floor supports under our kitchen and installed a new vapor barrier and a few other smaller projects. The crew worked very hard they kept the property looking clean ,and the after photos all looked great . We didn't pay a fortune for the work and we are happy with the professional craftsmanship and the guys did a great job .
