Had a clogged septic line. Austin came out the same day, went above and beyond just clearing the line, explained everything in detail, courteous and professional. All for a great price! We won't go to anyone else in the future!

Austin with Budget Rooter took care of 3 issues we had in 2 separate visits; a clogged, rusted & leaking kitchen disposal (due to the clogged disposal we could not use the dishwasher as well), a leaking bathroom sink pipe which he went to buy a new part for, and the installation of a new sink faucet set.
He also, upon request, unassembled the shower handle that had been installed upside down but noted that due to the structure/placement of the tiles and the size of the current handle it could not be installed right side up. We had been told this by the installer 15 years ago but had forgotten

We've used them multiple times now for various plumbing issues. Most recent was a leak at the main water line. Same day service. Finished the job in rainy weather and dark outside. Final cost was about a 1/3 of a different company's estimate. Highly recommend.

Had them come out and clear a drainage issue in March of 2019. They arrived about 2 hours after I called and had the issue resolved in 15 minutes. Worth the $85.

Young man called before he arrived. Did a very thorough job and completed it in timely manner. He removed his shoes before entering my house, was very polite. Recommend for anyone needing a plumber, I will use again if needed.

Our kitchen double sink clogged last night on the garbage disposal side. Unfortunately, what was left of the artichokes after dinner was put down our new disposal, and clogged the drain pipe. In the morning, since Yeager had no one available, Austin Moody of Budget Rooter took the call and in a short time unplugged the drain choked with fibrous Artichoke residue. Austin is a licensed plumber, professional, and friendly. If you have drain cleaning or plumbing needs, I would recommend you contact him.
