Called them fist thing Sunday morning, phone was answered immediately by a friendly woman. She passed message on to tech who called me pretty quick. Was out within 90 minutes and diagnosed and fixed the a/c within 20 minutes. Reasonable price for repair, will definitely use them again.

Always have a great experience with Kobie Complete. Very knowledgeable and prompt. They have always returned our calls within the hour when we have had a problem. Corey has helped us several times and he is excellent! Even called on his day off to check on everything after he helped us the previous day (we have 2 air conditioning units that like to have issues on weekends and holidays..). This was a yearly HVAC check. The service tech, Tyler was thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He found a problem and was able to correct it right away for a reasonable price. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Amazing! Called last night at 8pm. Tech was at my house in 40 minutes to diagnose. Early the next morning, he was here and repaired the problem. Price point was extremely reasonable. Speedy and professional. Was upfront with costs and did not put a dent in my pocketbook. Definitely will recommend to everyone. 10 stars for sure!!!! And another 20 stars for this employee.

They successfully maintained an older system giving three additional years of service. They then helped me purchase, finance, install and maintain a brand new Trane system. Most recently they repaired components under warranty. Their service is prompt and professional as well as affordable. The owner is accessible and very knowledgeable.

We have been using John from Kobe Complete to service our 4 units twice a year for many years. John is thorough, knowledgeable, respectful and absolutely the best! We ask specifically for John and make our scheduled maintenance appointment a month ahead of time to be sure we get him. We actually consider him a dear friend after all of these years. I highly recommend him and know for certain you will never regret having him in your home. He’s one in a million!!
