Though Charm City Roofing didn't install our roof, we sought them out for a price comparison for repairs. Andy was very detailed in the analysis of our roof. He was up front and honest about what he could do for repairs, what we could be looking at for known costs, and what he would need to do to assess unknown costs. He was also able to give us advice on how we should proceed. I would highly recommend Charm City Roofibg

I hired Charm City Roofing to inspect the roof of a house that I am in the process of purchasing. I was really impressed with their service. The price was pretty average based on all of the quotes I was given for the area, but the service was certainly above average. The job was completed by Darius Zadeh. He was very thorough and ended up saving me a ton of money on the house that supposedly had a brand new roof. He spent a good amount of time up there and provided detailed pictures and videos to explain the damage/poor quality installation issues. They also provided a comprehensive list of repairs

Great team from office to rep to crew. All were polite, professional and on time. The crew had a big job with not only replacing the roof but removal of 2 levels of roof top decks in the tight space of Baltimore row homes. The clean up was constantly being done through the whole project. Great communications between rep and crew. The work crew wasn't just courteous but enjoyable to have around. They worked incredible hard. Also no hard sell from company. Gave multiple roofing options to choose from.

Charm city roofing did a great job replacing my roof. I spoke to other roofers to get estimates and Mac from charm city took his time to explain where the leak might be coming from and offered a good rate. I had a question about a portion of the contract and they reworded it to make me feel better. They arrived early and stayed late to finish the job. Overall outstanding work and would definitely recommend

It is so hard to find good customer service these days, let alone great customer service. But then we found Charm City Roofing, and needed to search no further! I had reached out to Charm City Roofing at first to get a weather vane removed from my roof. They actively engaged me, even though I wasn't responding to their texts and emails. Come to find out, our homeowners insurance found that more work had to be done than simply a weather vane removal. We tried to get another company to take on the needed repairs, but they weren't responsive, often times going weeks without responding to our texts

We were very happy with our experience with Charm City Roofing - from "soup to nuts." Darius (sales) was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Eimer (job foreman) led the efficient team, provided roof-top photos of every step and directed great workmanship. Nicolette (office manager) helped us with correspondence and billing. Everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
We got bids from several companies, and quality/price with Charm City was a clear winner.

Tony was a great manager of the job and was clear, communicative, friendly and gave just the right level of detail and updating. Generally I'm the kind of customer who can find something wrong with about everything but in this case I've got nothing. Excellent Job!

Charm City went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new roof. They sent representatives after to go over the attic and make sure everything was to spec, I couldn't be happier. Charm City roofing didn't accept full payment until I was 100% satisfied. Their warranty is the best in the business. They personally went over the job site and cleaned up every single nail piece of scrap wood. Workmanship is very impressive. It's an amazing looking roof how the seams are perfect. Pedro is an exceptional installer, and led the crew that installed the roof. His knowledge about my specific situation
