After shopping at several patio stores, this was our final stop for the day. I found the warehouse busy and difficult to navigate. The prices were nearly double on most sets we looked at. The fella who we spoke to did not seem interested in discussing price despite claiming lowest prices and price match on the signs all over the warehouse. When asked if they had a 2nd chair in stock to match a chair and sofa we liked on display...his response "it might be over there somewhere " pointing to unopened boxes in a corner. Overall, messy, unorganized, overpriced and poor customer service.

We had the pleasure of buying patio chairs from Paradise. Additional to their really huge & varied inventory, the salesman was very patient, and explained countless aspects of the chairs we were considering. We bought 6 chairs; 4 for near-immediate delivery, and two more to follow

Pretty pricey stuff and everything was "big". Like if ya got a mansion or your trying to feed 12 people this is your kind of place. I needed some patio chairs for my 10x10 patio. Nothing in the store would fit my space. They had some chairs out front in the parking lot that would have worked but we couldn't find an employee to give us a price so we left. We were there about 40 minutes, looking at everything.. never saw anyone.

Sherry and her staff are wonderful! Paradise has so much selection that if you know what you want, Sherry can take you right to it! Love this family run business! Delivery was just when they said it was, and the gents delivering set everything up just the way I wanted it. Great service, fair price and wonderful delivery. It just doesn't get better.
