Temecula Glass is great! I needed a new aquarium lid and I needed two pieces of glass cut to fit the aquarium. I called and sent them an email with what I needed, and they were very quick on getting back to me with a quote. I approved, paid and went to pick them up. They did mine in 2 days. I had the misfortune of 2 broken windows in my home.
Thankfully i contacted TEMECULA GLASS & MIRROR beyond anyone else.
Best experience ever, from my 1st interaction with initial phone call, office lady was wonderful, then had an expert in his field, Martiń out within 1 hour. He was right down to work kinda style, so efficient and pleasant. As well as total cost did not break the bank. I cannot say enough for this local business, top notch!!!!!!

This company is amazing. They get back to you immediately and very price competitive and professional and courteous. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. This company's customer service is horrendous! Called to get a quote on a replacement sliding glass door, they said they'd call back to schedule. A week later, no call, I call again. They finally gave me a day and time they could come out to quote. The guy arrived on time, took measurements, and left but didn't explain the process or next steps. Several days later I got a call with a verbal quote over the phone but was told I would need to have the base leveled and sloped outward away from the house before they would be able to install and

wish I could give them negative stars. We needed tempered glass inset for our front door. They over charged us ( $300 over) ordered the wrong design, and wanted to charge us to fix the order and additional $150, which clearly was their mistake!!!!
Ended up going to Andy's Glass and Window and got the exact same glass for $36.
Do yourself favor, check Andy's Glass and Window in Murrieta and compare prices before buying.

Temecula Glass was great to work with. My house is up for sale and I realized I had a damaged window that needed to be repaired quickly. Veronica was so helpful! She squeezed me in their schedule for measurement of the window and ordered it immediately. From the time I originally called and the window was installed it was less than 2 weeks. Window install was incredibly quick as well. From the time the installer came and left it was less than 45 minutes. Not to mention there was no mess left behind at all. I will definitely be referring friends and family to Temecula Glass in the future.

We had our shower and tub refinished and we used Temecula glass to install new shower doors. We couldn't be happier with the service and product. Amber, in the front office, was so easy to work with and she was always ready to answer our questions. To top it off, Temecula glass had the most competitive pricing!

I did not get a chance to do actual business with this location but I just wanted to write them a five star rated because they assisted me in finding a location to have my auto glass replaced. The receptionist the acid the phone was very helpful and the recommendation that she gave me actually work out with a better price than I had somewhere else. Came here to get a laminate custom glass done.
Initially the lady in the front reassured me they could cut the shape and that it would be exact.
They made me pay in full up front and told me they were busy and it would take 2 weeks. I didn't mind and accepted the terms.
Two weeks go by and I give them a call. First thing I would like to note is every time I called it was as if the lady who first sold me the glass was rushing me off the phone. She tells me they just got the glass and are waiting for the glass cutter to be free.
Okay so I wait a week and call back. This time she tells me

We recently had Temecula Glass install frameless glass in our bathroom shower remodel. Amber on the front end handled all the communications (email & phone) during the quote and install process. The install was completed within the quoted time frame. We used the 10mm (3/8") glass and are very pleased with quality of the materials and workmanship of the installers.

Poor customer service, tried to upcharge me $40 for tempered glass. Refused to install regular glass even though that's what the original window and all surrounding windows were. Called ANDYs glass, installed regular glass but quoted me for tempered glass as well. Only $3 more!! $37 difference! This was my second time attempting to hire Temecula glass and will be my last.
